Payment methods

It can take up to 5 business days for your payment to reach us. Your ordered items will remain reserved for you until we receive your payment (maximum 7 days).

We ask for your understanding, if we can not offer your desired payment method for an order. Our customer service can not influence the selection of the offered payment methods.

How to transfer money correctly

  • Please always state the order number as the reason for payment. Only then we can assign your payment directly.
  • Please transfer for each order separately.

Refund after a return

If you return one or more items, the amount will be credited back to the bank account from which you transferred.

Refund in case of cancellation

Any amounts already paid for the cancelled items will of course be refunded immediately.

With us you can pay comfortably and safely with your credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Refund after a return

If you return one or more items, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to the credit card originally charged.

Please note: If your credit card has expired, no refund is possible on your bank details. Please contact your credit card company.

Refund in case of cancellation

Of course, you don’t have to pay for items that have been cancelled. We only charge your credit card for items that are shipped to you.

For an easy and fast payment you can also use Paypal.

If you use Paypal you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal page at the end of the order process. If you already have a PayPal account you can log in with your email address and password and order with one click. If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, you can open one for free on the PayPal page. https://www.paypal.com/de/home

In cooperation with Klarna we offer you the Pay Later, Financing and Sofort (instant transfer) as payment options. When paying with Klarna, you never have to enter your account details directly on the website.

Klarna Pay Later

When buying on account with Klarna you always get the goods first and you always have a payment period of 30 days. You can find more information and Klarna’s complete terms and conditions for purchase on account here. Orders and deliveries via Karna Invoice are only possible within Austria.

Klarna Sofort

With the TÜV Saarland certified payment system Klarna Sofort you pay securely and conveniently by direct transfer with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) and without registration. We receive a

real-time confirmation after completion of the transfer. This allows us to ship stock items immediately – you will receive your purchases faster.

  • Choose “Klarna Sofort” as payment method in the online shop
  • After that you will be redirected to the securely encrypted payment form.
  • Here you select your bank and log in with your usual online banking data.
  • At the end you release the transfer with a TAN.

Klarna Financing
Decide directly at the payment process for the Klarna installment purchase.
This way you can buy today and split your costs into fixed or flexible installments up to 24 months.
With the Klarna app you always keep full control and overview of your payments.

Klarna data protection

Klarna checks and evaluates the consumer’s data and, if there is a legitimate reason to do so, exchanges data with other companies and credit agencies (credit check). If the creditworthiness of the consumer is not guaranteed, Klarna AB may refuse the customer Klarna’s payment methods and must point to alternative payment options. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act and will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes. You can select eps-transfer as payment method and a bank in the order step. To complete your order, you will be redirected to your bank’s website, where you will need to enter an e-banking access code. With a TAN (transaction number) or TAC-sms (transaction code via sms) you then release your ordered items and the payment is then completed.

This is a very secure way to pay online. No additional registrations or access codes are required

In principle, giropay works similarly to a normal bank transfer. In the online shop you put the desired goods in the shopping cart and then select giropay as a payment method. Now you will be redirected to the online banking of your bank and log in there with the usual login.

All data such as invoice amount, reason for payment and recipient are automatically passed on to the bank by us, so that you only have to release the transfer with a TAN.

Immediately after completing the payment, we receive the message that the money has been transferred and can send the goods. This is also the biggest advantage for customers. With giropay there are no waiting times.

If you own an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Mac), you can use Apple Pay as a payment method in our online shop by using Safari. To do this, you need to confirm your purchase with Face ID, Touch ID, PIN code on your iPhone, MacBook or Apple Watch.

Google offers all Google Account holders the ability to store credit, debit card and electronic payment methods that you can use to make payments in our online store.

All you need to do is log in to your Google account – we do not receive any payment details, only the payment confirmation and the address details required for shipping.

If you have not yet entered your payment and address data in your Google Account, you can do so during the payment process.

Delivery

There are no shipping charges for you! Delivery is free of charge.

Europe-wide delivery

We are delivering your orders free to all european countries!

Right of return

If an item does not meet your requirements, you can simply return it to us within 14 days. The customer should send it as “freight collect”. Sending a parcel “freight collect” means that the sender does not pay postage and the recipient should pay the transport costs. Your return within 14 days we recognize as a revocation, without you necessarily have to make further written statements.

The order number should be visible on the packaging. We ask you to do this. Otherwise we can not assign the order.
